Has the world encouraged African codependence?

With it's lack of progress in technology and it's lackluster contributions to world economy and it's own corruption that runs so deep that t neglects it's very ow citizens.

Codependence Entitlement

The surprising part is that like a spoiled child who creates a mess after having a tantrum it expects everyone and anyone t cm in and clean up after it. There is no sense of responsibility or their own actions. They want charities and donations from others to make up for there failings.

Solving Problems Does Not Get Donations

They do not want to hear how to solve their own problems or where things went wrong with their actions and behaviors. One generation teaches the irresponsible behavior to the next so scammer rings grow and spread. And telescope that causes he problems continues to spiral of control. As does the demand for more aid an charity.

Responsibility Doesn't Get Donations

Why teach young people personal responsibility. Irresponsible behavior gets the money and the sympathy. It's created a vicious cycle of entitlement o codependence codependence. I deserve your money because I am African and poor.

Trolling Social Media to Target You

Bold Africans walk social media spelling their demands. No is not an acceptable response. You are rich. They are poor. And they will demand everything from laptops, clothing, prepaid cards, cellphones. Some no longer befriend an account with an African sounding name. The have highly aggressive behavior and will argue for days on why you should give money to charities with constatly changing emails, PayPal's, based on no digitally generated "charity" certificates.
